Xy·lem the vascular tissue in plants that conducts water and dissolved nutrients upward from the root and also helps to form the woody element in the stem.

The xylem is responsible for the growth and production of fruit as we know it. Our name reflects this essential tissue needed for us to be able to produce our Oregon cider.

Founded in 2017 with the idea that ciders don’t need to be cloying sweet or dry as British wit. Our goal is making drinkable ciders that keep customers clamoring for more.

We will leave the award chasing-style adherence to someone else.
